Industrial pH Electrodes

Continuous measurements in industrial environments require very precise selection of the right type of pH electrode. Incorrect choice of the electrode can lead to unstable results, shortened service life, and sometimes to irreversible destruction of the electrode.

Models: EPX-1t, EPX-4, EPX-4U, EPX-4B, EPX-4UB, EPX-5, EPX-5t, EPS-2B, EPP-1B.

Industrial Redox electrodes (ORP)

Redox electrodes ELMETRON are used to measure liquids in which redox processes occur. The result is determined in mV. In most cases, a pH meter with the mV function is used for such measurements.

Industrial conductometric cells

Electrical conductivity cells ELMETRON are used to measure electrical conductivity using conductometers. Sometimes they are called conduction electrodes, but this is a misnomer, since the electrodes are part of the conduction cell and are placed inside the measuring cell.

Industrial Oxygen Sensors

For industrial measurements of oxygen dissolved in water and oxygen in air ELMETRON offers galvanic oxygen sensors COG-1, COG-1B and COG-2. The sensors can work for several years with proper handling and maintenance. They are distinguished by good accuracy and competitive price.

Industrial Flow Heads

ELMETRON offers flow heads for continuous measurements in the PCV pipelines into which they are glued. In the case of steel pipelines ELMETRON offers electrode equipment mounted on a special thread, welded into the pipeline according to the instructions.

Industrial Submersible Heads

Immersion heads ELMETRON are designed to interact with controllers used for continuous measurement of pH, redox potential, conductivity, oxygen content and temperature. They can be used for measurements in reservoirs and sewage drains.

Industrial Temperature sensors

Most ELMETRON counters are sold as standard with standard temperature sensors (CT2B-121), and with a platinum resistor that measures temperature (Pt-1000B). This type of sensor has good accuracy compared to sensors based on other solutions. A slightly longer stabilization time is compensated by good accuracy. In the case where higher accuracy is required, ELMETRON offers sensors with resistors having a smaller error, these are Pt-1000A or Pt-1000S resistors.

Wireless connection

The range ELMETRON has the possibility of wireless communication between industrial controllers of the 801/804 series and electrodes installed in the heads. This solution significantly reduces the time and facilitates the assembly of the measuring system. Thanks to this solution, the complex process of preparing cable connections, often associated with some earthworks or drilling wells, is eliminated. This also reduces the risk of accidental cable damage.
