Ionomers ELMETRON CPI-505, CPI-601, CX-705, etc.

Ionomers ELMETRON are devices used to measure specific ions in water using an ion-selective electrode.

In most cases, ionomers allow simultaneous measurement of pH, mV and temperature, since these additional functions are necessary during ion measurement. In the ELMETRON ionomers, the molar weight and valence of the measured ion are entered automatically after selecting a specific ion. This allows you to calculate the result for the selected unit, and also allows you to change one unit to another with automatic recalculation.

Most ELMETRON meters have separate isolated connectors and measuring circuits, which allows the ion-selective electrode and the pH electrode to be connected simultaneously, and the results do not affect each other.

Due to the very complex methodology of sample preparation and measurements, it is not recommended to use ionomers for field measurements. For this reason, there are no portable and field ionomers in the range, but only laboratory devices. Ion-selective electrodes are most often offered as a set of 2 separate electrodes: measuring and reference, which are connected to separate connectors in the meters. Some electrodes are also available as combined units - measuring and control electrodes in one housing.
