pH electrodes

The proposed electrodes ELMETRON differ in their purpose and design features. It is very important to choose the right type of electrode for the sample being measured. The wrong choice can lead to unstable results, shortened service life, and sometimes to complete irreversible destruction of the electrode.

Electrodes of redox potential (ORP)

Redox electrodes ELMETRON are used to measure liquids in which redox processes occur. The result is determined in mV. In most cases, a pH meter with the mV function is used for such measurements.

Ion-selective electrodes (ISE)

Ion-selective electrodes (ISE) ELMETRON are used to measure ions using ionometers. Depending on the concentration (activity) of ions in the solution, the ion-selective electrode changes its potential. The measurement principle is based on the linear dependence of the electrode potential on the logarithm of the ion activity in the solution, determined by the corresponding formula.

Models: sodium electrodes - ENa-01, ERNa-11; electrodes with solid-state membranes - ECl-01.

Conduction Cells

Electrical conductivity cells ELMETRON are used to measure electrical conductivity using conductometers. Sometimes they are called conduction electrodes, but this is a misnomer, since the electrodes are part of the conduction cell and are placed inside the measuring cell.

Oxygen sensors

For oxygen dissolved in water and oxygen in the air ELMETRON offers galvanic oxygen sensors. They can work for several years with proper handling and maintenance. And they are distinguished by good accuracy and competitive price.

Temperature sensors

Most ELMETRON meters are sold as standard with standard temperature sensors (CT2B-121), and with a platinum resistor that measures temperature (Pt-1000B). This type of sensor has good accuracy compared to sensors based on other solutions. A slightly longer stabilization time is compensated by good accuracy. In the case where higher accuracy is required, ELMETRON offers sensors with resistors having a smaller error, these are Pt-1000A or Pt-1000S resistors.

Multifunctional submersible heads

Immersion heads ELMETRON for multifunctional meters allow you to measure several functions simultaneously. This simplifies field work and measurements, and limits problems with separate cables for each sensor and electrode. The robust housing protects all sensors and electrodes of measuring cells from mechanical damage. Depending on the design, the head can be connected to the meter using separate BNC connectors or using a single multi-pole connector.
